We appreciate your decision to use ShapeFX Loki. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a unique product key via email. This key is required to activate and use the software.
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 14-day refund policy, allowing you to request a refund if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Refund Eligibility & Process
- Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.
- To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@shapefx.app with your purchase details, including the email address used during checkout.
- Refunds will be processed using Stripe, the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Once approved, the refund process will take no longer than 3 business days, after which your product key will be deactivated, downgrading your license to the non-commercial plan.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
