  • Upon purchasing a licence of ShapeFX Loki, you will receive a serial number in the email provided
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can receive a refund within 14 days of your purchasae.

Refunds

  • You have 14 calendar days to request a refund from the date of purchase.
  • Once we receive your request, we will issue a refund to the payment method used to originally purchase the licence, this should take no longer than 3 days followed by revoking your licence.
  • You will receive the credit within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
